The morel has a nutty taste combined with rich woody aromas. This bouquet of flavours and its rarity make it one of the most sought-after mushrooms among gourmets. There are several varieties of morel but Morchella conica is the most prized for its amazing flavour.

Ideal for adding the risottos, pasta dishes and sauces. Soak in cold water before use.
