Plantin's Black Truffle Paste is made by mincing black truffle Tuber Indicum with extra virgin olive oil. Black Truffle Paste will add heaps of flavour to any dish.

Black Truffle Paste is made from the finest natural ingredients: Winter truffles 77% (Muscat truffle 64% (Tuber brumale) and black truffles 36% (Tuber melanosporum)), extra virgin olive oil, Muscat truffle juice 5% (Tuber brumale), natural aroma, salt.

Black Truffle Paste is perfect way to finish sauces and dressing or why not try adding a dash to mash potato. A little goes a long way.
