Sucro Emul is a powdered emulsifier that is made by the esterification of fatty acids and sucrose. For optimal use, mix the product with cold or hot liquid. Suitable for use with all fatty, liquid mixtures, it is heat-resistant and is freezeable.
Sucro Emul is ideal for making foams, airs and creams.
May contain celery, egg, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, sulphites
