Black Quinoa is a unique grain, with great flavour and colour. Black Quinoa has a stronger, earthier flavour than other quinoa varieties and a jet black colour that will add to your dishes. Ideal for salads or serve with fish and meat dishes.

Chef's tip: Boil on a low heat for 10 minutes in water 3 times its volume.
