For 200 years, Sabarot have been producing authentic French dried pulses and grains for chefs around the world. With close relationships to their farmers, they are able to select the best quality raw ingredients for their products.

Grown in France, Green Lentils are rich in fibre and protein. Green Lentils are ideal for adding to soups, salads, as an accompaniment to meat and fish.

Preparation: Immerse the lentils in three times their volume of cold water. Cook for about 20 minutes from boiling. Salt the lentils only at the end.
