Grown in the Le Puy region of France, knowns for its volcanic soils, Le Puy Lentils DOP are a staple in French cooking. With an earthy, peppery taste, Le Puy Lentils are ideal braised with vegetables and thyme or in salads.

Chef's tip: Boil lentils for 20 minutes in water 3 times its volume.
