Dried Porcini Mushrooms are the ideal cupboard staple that offers the taste of the forest all year round.
Dried Porcini Mushrooms are undergo a rigorous process, being carefully sorted by hand and dried immediately after harvesting to preserve their aroma and taste.
Ideal for adding the risottos, pasta dishes and along side poultry and red meat.
Directions: Rehydrate in warm water for about half an hour, then rinse well. Chef’s tip: when rehydrated, 10g of dried mushroom will expand to the same amount as 35g of fresh mushrooms.
