Dalat Deli was established in 2012, the company specializes in cold meat products from the Alsace region, a place famous for its rich culture and long history in the meat processing industry of France.

Once located in Da Lat city before moving to Ho Chi Minh City since 2018, Dalat Deli's factory was built according to HACCP standards and installed with high-tech machinery and equipment to meet the needs of the Customer.

Dalat Deli provides the Alsace's traditional salami which flavored with clove, nutmeg, all spice & cinnamon. The aroma is wild and have a deep flavor of spices

They have natural casing that help the salami keep form when dried
