Made up of rice flour and cornflour, an apple compote and apple slices, our healthy, gourmet tartlet has a fresh, light filling!
IN THE OVEN
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Straight from the freezer, remove all packaging, even the paper mould. Place it on a baking tray. Heat for 5 minutes. Leave to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
IN THE REFRIGERATOR (4°C)
Straight from the freezer, remove all packaging, even the paper mould. Place it on a serving plate (if you prefer, you can also leave the tartlet in its wrapper).
Leave to defrost in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Then, leave the tartlet to stand for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
Straight from the freezer, take the tart out of its clear plastic wrapper (if you prefer, you can also leave the tartlet in its wrapper). Then, leave the tartlet in its tray at room temperature for 2 hours 30 minutes before serving.
