An authentic Parisian dessert, the famous Bourdaloue Pear Tart with its fluted edge, is made with a shortcrust pastry encasing an almond cream filling  topped with pear halves in syrup, carefully arranged by hand.

Free from artificial flavours, colourings and preservatives.

How to use:

- Preheat the oven to 180 °C for about 10 minutes.

- Take the tart out of the freezer and remove all packaging. 

- Then, place the tart on a baking tray and heat in the oven for 10 minutes.

- Allow to stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
