Made up of more than 50% fruit, the tart is composed of a shortcrust pastry, filled with an apple compote and covered with damsons, apricots and raspberries, all delicately arranged by hand in circles.

How to use:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C for about 10 minutes.
- Once removed from the freezer, remove all the packaging.
- Unmould and place on a baking tray. Heat for 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving
