Fourme D'Ambert is made in the Auvergne region of France with raw cow's milk resulting in a beautiful blue-veined texture. The flavor is wonderfully sweet and creamy with a subtle fruity taste. This card will give birth to the Fourme d'Ambert cheese which is shaped in its original form: a cylinder.
This famous cradle of cheese is located in the Forez mountains, with hot summers and long, cold winters, where the milk is collected between 600 m and 1600 m altitude. A rich and varied flora grows here, and therefore the Fourme cheese has subtle aromas of bluebell and heather.
