Raclette is a brushed-rinsed French semi-hard cheese from the Alps. It has a medium strong taste and it is made with cow milk. Raclettmedium-strongteurized cheese brown, with leathery washed rind.

MATURING: 3 - 4 MONTHS
It is delicious when cooked on a raclette machine, as it is served hot to eat it melts as per tradition over potatoes and charcuterie, cornichon, and salads. It is a rich cheese and is usually associated with the winter ski season.
