White Quinoa is a unique grain, with great flavour and firm texture. White Quinoa has a subtle nutty flavour and a slight bite to it that makes it ideal for salads or serve with fish and meat dishes.

Chef's tip: Boil on a low heat for 10 minutes in water 3 times its volume.
