Red Quinoa is a unique grain, with great flavour and colour. Red Quinoa has a stronger, nuttier flavour than white quinoa varieties and a vibrant red colour that will add to your dishes. Ideal for salads or serve with fish and meat dishes.

Chef's tip: Boil on a low heat for 10 minutes in water 3 times its volume.
