Dalat Deli's Garlic Sausage has the grind favors chunky texture and good ratio of lean meat and fat. The mixture is stuffed into a collagen casing which will keep the moisture of the sausage and after poaching and smoking, they will have a tightly stretched skin, the inside are moist, pink and you can see the meat and fat combined

Cut into thick slices and sear gently on pan
